Manhattan Corporation Limited has successfully issued an additional 1.4 billion shares to cover the shortfall from its entitlement offer and meet additional demand from professional investors, with trading on the ASX set to commence on October 9, 2024. These new shares are expected to help fund the company’s drilling, geophysics, and administrative projects. The company is also preparing to seek shareholder approval for a Consolidation and Conditional Placement of shares to directors at the upcoming annual general meeting.
