Mandarin Oriental International Limited has announced board changes, including the appointment of Fabrice Megarbane as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and the stepping down of John Witt, Adam Keswick from their respective committee roles, and Graham Baker from the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Sean Ward will replace Jonathan Lloyd as Company Secretary. These changes, effective from late July to early August 2024, aim to bring fresh expertise to the board and drive long-term shareholder value.
