Man Wah Holdings Schedules AGM, Plans Dividend

Man Wah Holdings (HK:1999) has released an update.

Man Wah Holdings Limited has announced their annual general meeting to be held on June 24, 2024, where key resolutions will be considered, including the adoption of financial statements, approval of a final dividend of HK15 cents per share, re-election of directors with authorization for their remuneration, and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors. Additionally, the meeting will address granting the Directors broad authority to issue additional shares, representing up to 20% of the pre-existing shares in issue, and to manage company share options and convertible securities.
