Man Sang International Limited has announced the resignation of their auditor SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited due to an inability to complete the FY2024 audit, citing delays in collecting necessary information related to ongoing legal proceedings. The company has appointed CCTH CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy and anticipates publishing the delayed 2024 Annual Results by early September 2024. Trading of the company’s shares will remain suspended until further notice.
