Majestic Gold Corp. has successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General Meeting with the re-election of its Director nominees and the passing of all management-proposed resolutions. Shareholders showed overwhelming support for the Company’s Stock Option Plan and the re-appointment of its auditors.
