Magnetic Resources NL (AU:MAU) has released an update.

Magnetic Resources NL has announced its adherence to the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s recommendations, as detailed in their corporate governance statement for the financial year ended 30 June 2024. The company has followed these guidelines fully and disclosed the relevant information within their corporate governance statement, which is available on their website and in the annual report starting from page 46. Despite currently not conducting police checks for new directors or senior executives, the company does perform other background checks and provides shareholders with all necessary information for director elections.
