Magic (MGIC) has released an update.
Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. has scheduled its 2024 Annual and Special General Meeting for July 31, where shareholders will vote on the re-election of four director nominees and the appointment of a new independent auditor, Ziv Haft Certified Public Accountants, a BDO member firm. Shareholders as of June 28, 2024, will be entitled to vote, and the company’s 2023 financial statements will also be reviewed. The Board of Directors recommends voting in favor of all proposed items.
