Maggie Beer Holdings Ltd has announced the resignation of CFO Craig Louttit, who will be succeeded by Penny Diamantakiou, an experienced CFO with a background in digital, media, and technology businesses. Diamantakiou brings over 20 years of leadership experience and will join both as COO and CFO, aiming to further the company’s growth strategy. The FY24 financial results will be released on August 30th, 2024, with a briefing call to follow, where Diamantakiou will present alongside the current CFO and Chair Sue Thomas.
