An update from Madison Square Garden Sports (MSGS) is now available.
Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. has renewed its employment agreement with James L. Dolan, securing his role as Executive Chairman and CEO starting July 1, 2024, with a base salary of $1.6 million and the potential for a 200% bonus. Additionally, Dolan is set to receive long-term incentives worth at least $7.8 million annually. This agreement, which mirrors the current one in benefits and executive responsibilities, extends through June 30, 2027, and includes severance terms, as well as provisions for Dolan’s service on outside boards and a non-compete clause effective for one year post-employment.
