Madison Metals Raises Funds for Uranium Drilling

Madison Metals, Inc. (TSE:GREN) has released an update.

Madison Metals Inc. has successfully completed the initial tranche of its private placement, raising CAD$1,074,360 by issuing over 3 million units at CAD$0.35 each. Each unit includes a common share and half of a purchase warrant, which can be exercised at CAD$0.50 within 18 months. The funds are earmarked for drilling at the Khan uranium site in Namibia, acquisition costs, and general corporate purposes.
