MADE Partnership to Boost UK Housing Supply

Barratt Developments (GB:BDEV) has released an update.

Barratt Developments PLC has partnered with Homes England and Lloyds Banking Group to form MADE Partnership, aimed at developing large residential sites and supporting the creation of thousands of new homes in the UK. The joint venture is designed to act as a master developer, managing infrastructure and placemaking with an initial equity funding of £150m. This collaboration intends to address the country’s housing shortage by delivering sustainable and community-focused developments on a significant scale.
