At the recent Annual General Meeting of Macquarie Group Limited, all proposed resolutions were successfully passed by the attending shareholders. Key resolutions included the re-election of directors and the adoption of the remuneration report, as well as approval for the Managing Director’s participation in the employee equity plan. Each resolution was decided upon by a poll rather than a show of hands, with detailed voting results now available.
