Macquarie Group Limited (AU:MQG) has released an update.
Macquarie Group Limited has issued a correction to their previous substantial holder notice, stating that they became substantial holders in Orbital Corporation Limited on June 17, 2024, not June 14 as previously reported. This change is due to the fact that Macquarie Investment Management Global Limited, a subsidiary, did not have a relevant interest in the mentioned securities until client instructions were received on June 17. The updated transaction details have been included in the amended notice attached to the release.
