Macquarie Group Limited, along with its associated entities, has become a substantial holder in TerraCom Limited, acquiring a 5.15% voting power through various controlled bodies. The group gained control over 41,244,610 voting shares, with the power to vote and dispose of shares held in different capacities, including as investment managers, trustees, and through stock borrowing and lending activities.
