Macquarie Group Limited has corrected its substantial holder notice, stating that it became a substantial holder in GTN Ltd on June 17, 2024, not June 14 as previously reported. The change was due to Macquarie Investment Management Global Limited acquiring relevant interests in securities based on client instructions on the correct date. The adjusted transaction details have been updated in the attached notice.
