This booklet, which will soon reach Decmil’s shareholders, includes an expert’s endorsement deeming the acquisition fair and in the best interest of the shareholders, absent a better offer. Shareholders are advised to thoroughly review the booklet and consult with professional advisers before the upcoming Scheme Meetings where they will vote on the acquisition.
