Macarthur Minerals has successfully completed a private placement, raising AUD$1.282 million through the sale of over 24 million shares and options. The funds are earmarked for working capital and operational expenses as the company ramps up marketing for its Lake Giles magnetite project. The placement included customary fees and was overseen by the company’s Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr Cameron McCall.
