Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. announced that all resolutions presented at its 2024 fourth extraordinary general meeting (EGM) were approved by attendees. The EGM, held on September 25, 2024, in Maanshan City, Anhui Province, saw a 70.308% representation of the company’s total shares with voting rights. Notably, 926 shareholders of A shares and one shareholder of overseas listed foreign shares participated.
