Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. announces board resolutions, including the resignation of Mr. Ren Tianbao as director and key officer, and the appointment of Mr. Zhang Wenyang as the new non-independent director, general manager, and financial officer. Additionally, Ms. He Hongyun has been appointed as the secretary to the board. These changes come ahead of the company’s 2024 fourth extraordinary general meeting set for August 28.
