Maanshan Iron & Steel Co announced board resolutions including the approval of Ms. Zeng Xiangfei as a candidate for independent non-executive director, following Mr. Liao Weiquan’s resignation. Additionally, the company is adjusting the schedule and agenda for the 2024 fourth extraordinary general meeting to a new date. All resolutions were unanimously passed by the attending directors.
