Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. has successfully convened its 29th board meeting with full director attendance to make key leadership decisions. In a unanimous vote, Mr. Zhang Wenyang was re-elected as a member of the strategic and sustainable development committee, and Ms. Zeng Xiangfei was re-elected to multiple committees, including being appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee.
