Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Wenyang as an executive Director and Ms. Zeng Xiangfei as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 25 September 2024. Mr. Zhang has a rich history with the company and the industry, while Ms. Zeng brings academic expertise in management. Additionally, Mr. Liao Weiquan has stepped down from his role as an independent non-executive Director for personal reasons.
