M&A Research Institute Holdings Inc. has resolved to establish a new subsidiary in Singapore as part of their growth strategy to explore overseas market opportunities and strengthen their international business presence. The subsidiary, M&A Research Institute Singapore Pte. Ltd., is set to bolster the Group’s M&A brokerage services in foreign markets and is expected to be operational from October 2024. However, the new subsidiary’s impact on the fiscal year ending September 2024 is anticipated to be minimal.
