Catapult Group International Ltd. (AU:CAT) has released an update.

MA Financial Group Limited has ceased to be a substantial holder in Catapult Group International Ltd as of September 13, 2024. The detailed changes in relevant interests and voting securities, which led to this cessation, are documented in annexes to the official Form 605 filed on September 17, 2024. No new associations have been formed or existing ones changed with respect to the substantial holder’s interest in the company.
