M3 Mining Limited has announced a significant update regarding the interests of Director Simon Eley. In a recent change, Eley disposed of 1,500,000 options exercisable at $0.25 each, which were unexercised upon their 30 June 2024 expiry. Following this transaction, Eley’s indirect holdings now include 312,501 ordinary shares, 3,407,812 fully paid shares, and 3,000,000 performance rights through Resmin Pty Ltd, where he is both a director and a shareholder.
