M3 Mining Limited has announced a change in the indirect interest of director Russell Davis, due to the expiry of 1,000,000 options on June 30, 2024. The change affects Davis’s holdings through entities where he is a trustee, beneficiary, director, and shareholder. Post the expiry of these options, Davis maintains significant holdings in the company, including 937,500 ordinary shares and 2,000,000 director options that expire in December 2025.
