Russell Davis, a director of M3 Mining Ltd., has increased his indirect holdings in the company through an on-market purchase, acquiring 500,001 ordinary shares at a total value of $19,925.12. This transaction has raised Davis’s total indirect shareholding in M3 Mining Ltd. to 1,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares, complementing his existing interests including 2,000,000 director options and 1,000,000 performance rights.
