M Winkworth Plc has announced the departure of Margaret Doregos as Company Secretary and expressed gratitude for her service since June 2009. The company has appointed Andrew Nicol, the Group’s CFO since 2016, to take over the role of Company Secretary. Winkworth, a leading London franchisor of residential real estate agencies, is known for its high standards in sales and lettings markets and is traded on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
