MEJS Invest AS, closely associated with CFO Morten Hilton Thomassen, has acquired 20,000 shares of M Vest Water AS at NOK 10.11 each, increasing their holding to 26,432 shares. Thomassen personally holds an additional 10,000 shares and 170,000 share options in the environmental technology company known for its eco-friendly water treatment solutions. M Vest Water, trading under the ticker MVW, specializes in non-toxic and biodegradable products for industrial and municipal markets.
