M.P. Evans Group PLC announced that all resolutions presented at their annual general meeting on June 14, 2024, were passed with significant majority votes. Shareholders voted on various items including the approval of the annual report, directors’ remuneration, and the re-election of board members, among others. The meeting also saw the approval to declare a final dividend and the appointment of BDO LLP as the company’s auditors.
