M.P. Evans (GB:MPE) has released an update.
M.P. Evans Group PLC has actively bought back and cancelled 4,870 of its own shares at a uniform price of 860.58 pence per share on June 3, 2024, through its broker Cavendish Capital Markets Limited. The repurchase reduces the total number of shares in issue to 52,986,014, maintaining all shares with equal voting rights and none held in treasury. Shareholders may use this new total to assess changes in their shareholding percentage as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
