M.P. Evans Group PLC has recently bought back and cancelled 4,730 of its own shares at a uniform price of 869.95 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, the company’s total shares in issue stands at 52,995,574, all with equal voting rights. Shareholders can use this updated share count as the denominator for assessing changes in their percentage holdings.
