Evans Group PLC has actively engaged in its share capital management by purchasing 7,480 of its own shares at a uniform price of 872.30p on the 19th of June, 2024, for cancellation, thereby reducing the total number of shares in issue to 52,972,077 with all remaining shares carrying equal voting rights. This strategic move may impact shareholders’ calculations for notification of interest changes as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules. No shares are currently held in treasury following this transaction.
