M.P. Evans (GB:MPE) has released an update.
M.P. Evans Group PLC has conducted a share buyback, purchasing 6,560 of its own shares for cancellation, with each share bought at a price of 871.82 pence. Following the buyback, the total number of shares in issue stands at 52,949,556, all with equal voting rights and none held in treasury. Shareholders may use this new total to assess changes in their shareholding percentage in the company.
