Evans Group PLC has conducted a share buyback, purchasing 3,977 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 870.59 pence each, which were then cancelled, leaving the company with 53,000,304 shares in issue. This share repurchase reflects the company’s capital allocation strategy and the reduction in outstanding shares may impact shareholder voting percentages.
