The estate of the late Mrs. M M Hadsley-Chaplin has distributed a total of 1,928,254 M.P. Evans Group PLC shares to her family, with Chairman Mr. P E Hadsley-Chaplin receiving 586,084 shares, increasing his ownership to 2,147,801 shares (4.07%). The transaction, reported in compliance with market abuse regulations, took place outside a trading venue with no monetary transaction involved.
