Lyft, Inc. has announced the departure of their President, Kristin Sverchek, who will leave the company on August 20, 2024, but will stay on as a nonemployee advisor until November 30, 2024. Her exit does not stem from any conflicts with the company’s management or operations. Sverchek will be entitled to severance benefits, including a $650,000 cash payment and full vesting of her restricted stock units. Additionally, the company has revised its bylaws to render the President’s role a discretionary position.
