LuxUrban Hotels Inc. has appointed Michael James as their new Chief Financial Officer, starting June 4, 2024, succeeding Shanoop Kothari, the current CEO who was also the acting CFO. James brings a wealth of experience from various roles, including his time as CFO of Edible Garden AG Incorporated and board positions at Guided Therapeutics, Inc., and Inergetics, Inc. His comprehensive background in finance and operations is part of LuxUrban’s strategy to bolster their management team’s expertise. Additionally, Alex Lombardo joins the Company’s Board and Audit Committee, bringing over two decades of financial experience in hospitality and entertainment. Andrew Schwartz’s departure from the Board is amicable as he leaves to pursue new opportunities.
