Lumos Diagnostics Holdings Limited has announced the issue of 1,084,000 unquoted equity securities, in the form of options expiring on January 18, 2029, at an exercise price of $0.07 each. These securities, issued under an employee incentive scheme on April 30, 2024, are not available for trading on the ASX until the end of the restriction period.
