Lumine Group Inc., known for its long-term acquisition strategy in the communications and media software sectors, has completed the purchase of Nokia’s Device Management and Service Management Platform Businesses. The deal, valued at up to €185 million, includes a potential €35 million performance-based add-on. The acquired businesses will be rebranded as ‘Motive’ and will function as an independent entity within Lumine Group.
