Luk Fook Holdings (International) has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting on August 15, 2024, in Hong Kong, where it will present the audited financial statements and director reports, declare final dividends, re-elect directors, and re-appoint its auditor. Shareholders will also consider a resolution to authorize the Directors to issue additional shares and make related offers during a defined period. The resolution includes a stipulation that the total nominal amount of shares allotted will not exceed 10% of the company’s share capital at the time of the resolution.
