Lufax Holding Ltd has maintained its authorized share capital at USD 100,000, with no changes in the number of authorized shares, ending August 2024 at 10 billion ordinary shares. The company reported a slight increase in issued shares, ending the month with 1,733,299,804 shares, excluding treasury shares. The number of shares available for future grants under the company’s incentive plans also remains substantial.
