Lufax Holding Ltd has reported no change in its authorized share capital, maintaining a balance of 10 billion ordinary shares valued at USD 100,000 at the end of May 2024. The issued shares saw a slight increase by 263,358, closing the month at 1,147,080,983 shares. Additionally, the month witnessed a modest raise of USD 46,906.6 from the exercise of share options under the company’s 2014 Share Incentive Plan.
