Lucara Diamond Corp. has sold its Clara Diamond Solutions, a digital platform for rough diamond sales, to its original founders, with a deal including $3.0 million in cash, stock returns, and liabilities transfer. The deal allows Lucara to focus on its Karowe Diamond Mine in Botswana and includes a 5-year rough diamond supply agreement with Clara. Lucara retains a 3% net profit interest in Clara, anticipating the technology will significantly shape the diamond sector.
