Lucara Diamond Corp. has announced that their Annual General and Special Meeting will be held on May 10, 2024, in Vancouver, where shareholders will review the previous year’s audited financial statements, reappoint auditors, elect directors, and vote on the issuance of shares and executive compensation. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy prior to the May 8 deadline, with specific instructions provided for those holding securities through the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange.
