Lucara Diamond Corp. successfully conducted its Annual General and Special Meeting, resulting in the election of seven board members, with high approval ratings for individual directors. The shareholders showed strong support by re-appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors with 95.77% approval and passing key resolutions including the authorization to issue shares to Nemesia S.à.r.l. and approval of executive compensation.
