Luca Mining Corp. is enhancing its financial leadership by appointing experienced CPA, Israel Munoz, as the new Vice President Finance. Munoz’s extensive background in financial reporting and internal controls is poised to support Luca’s transition from developer to multi-mine producer. The company has also granted stock options as part of its equity incentive plan to continue driving its growth in 2024.
