London Stock Exchange (GB:LSEG) has released an update.
The London Stock Exchange Group PLC has reported initial transactions involving York Holdings III Limited, a company closely associated with Martin Brand, a director of the exchange group. York Holdings III Limited has settled call options and disposed of ordinary shares in the exchange group, with the transactions occurring outside a trading venue on July 18, 2024. The transactions included the sale of 3,200 shares at $122.17 each and 22,571 shares at £94.8017 each.
