LQWD Technologies Corp. has scrapped its previously announced private placements and is now initiating a new non-brokered private placement to raise up to $3,215,000. The offering includes two types of units priced at $0.65 and $0.70, each comprising a common share and varying warrant terms. Proceeds from the fundraising will support the expansion of LQWD’s Lightning Network business and provide general working capital.
