LQWD FinTech Corp has announced an extension to close its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to CDN$975,000 by October 7, 2024. The company, which trades on the TSX Venture Market and the OTC, is building a payment infrastructure using the Bitcoin Lightning Network to enable instant, low-cost internet-powered payments.
